Basilian Order
The Basilian Order, also known as the Order of Saint Basil the Great, is a monastic community founded in the 4th century by Saint Basil in what is now modern-day Turkey. This order emphasizes communal living, prayer, and service, following the Rule of Saint Basil, which outlines the principles of monastic life.
Members of the Basilian Order are dedicated to the spiritual and educational needs of the Church and society. They often engage in various ministries, including teaching, pastoral work, and social outreach, while maintaining a commitment to the values of simplicity and humility.
