Banca Cívica
Banca Cívica was a Spanish banking institution established in 2010, formed through the merger of several savings banks in the region of Andalusia. Its primary goal was to provide financial services to local communities while promoting social responsibility and sustainable development.
In 2013, Banca Cívica was absorbed by CaixaBank, one of Spain's largest banks. This acquisition aimed to strengthen the financial position of both institutions and expand their services. Following the merger, Banca Cívica's brand was gradually phased out, and its operations were integrated into CaixaBank's broader banking framework.
