Baking Paper
Baking paper, also known as parchment paper, is a heat-resistant, non-stick paper used in cooking and baking. It is commonly used to line baking sheets and cake pans, preventing food from sticking and making cleanup easier. Baking paper can withstand high temperatures, typically up to 420°F (215°C), making it suitable for various baking tasks.
In addition to its non-stick properties, baking paper is often used for wrapping food, such as fish or vegetables, for steaming or cooking in the oven. It is also useful for rolling out dough, as it helps to keep surfaces clean and reduces the need for additional flour.
