Homonym: B型 (Blood)
B型, or Type B, refers to one of the four main blood types in the ABO blood group system. It is characterized by the presence of B antigens on the surface of red blood cells and the absence of A antigens. People with B型 blood can receive blood from other B型 donors and O型 donors, making it important for blood transfusions.
In addition to its medical significance, B型 is often associated with certain personality traits in popular culture. Individuals with B型 blood are sometimes described as creative, relaxed, and sociable. However, these personality associations are not scientifically proven and should be taken lightly.
