Australian Skills Quality Authority
The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) is the national regulator for Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector. Established in 2011, ASQA ensures that training providers meet national standards and deliver quality education to students. It oversees registered training organizations (RTOs) and assesses their compliance with the Standards for RTOs.
ASQA's role includes conducting audits, monitoring training quality, and managing complaints about training providers. By maintaining high standards, ASQA aims to enhance the reputation of the VET sector and ensure that graduates possess the skills needed for the workforce.
