Australian National Airways
Australian National Airways (ANA) was an airline established in 1936 in Australia. It was created to provide air services across the country and connect remote regions with major cities. ANA played a significant role in the development of Australia's aviation industry during the mid-20th century.
In 1957, ANA merged with Ansett Transport Industries, which further expanded its reach and services. The airline operated various domestic and international flights until it ceased operations in 1979. Today, its legacy is remembered as a key player in the history of Australian aviation.
