Auma Obama
Auma Obama is a Kenyan author and social activist, born on August 15, 1960. She is the half-sister of former U.S. President Barack Obama. Auma has dedicated her life to improving education and opportunities for young people in Africa, particularly through her work with the Sauti Kuu Foundation, which she founded in 2010.
Auma studied in both Kenya and Germany, earning degrees in sociology and development. She has written a memoir titled "And Then Life Happens," where she shares her experiences and insights. Auma's efforts focus on empowering communities and fostering sustainable development in her home country.
