Asteroid 12345 Rabinowitz is a small celestial body located in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. It was discovered on October 12, 1990, by astronomers at the Palomar Observatory in California. This asteroid is named in honor of the American astronomer David Rabinowitz, who contributed to the study of near-Earth objects.
