Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities
The Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU) is a collective organization representing 28 Jesuit institutions of higher education in the United States. Founded in 1970, its mission is to promote the values and educational principles of the Society of Jesus, emphasizing social justice, service, and academic excellence.
AJCU provides a platform for collaboration among member institutions, facilitating the sharing of resources, best practices, and research. It also advocates for the unique identity and mission of Jesuit education, fostering a commitment to the development of the whole person—intellectually, spiritually, and socially.
