Asexuality Spectrum
The asexuality spectrum refers to a range of sexual orientations characterized by varying levels of sexual attraction. At one end, individuals may identify as completely asexual, meaning they experience little to no sexual attraction to others. On the other end, some may identify as demisexual, where sexual attraction occurs only after forming a strong emotional connection.
This spectrum acknowledges that asexuality is not a one-size-fits-all experience. People may also identify as graysexual, experiencing sexual attraction infrequently or under specific circumstances. Understanding the asexuality spectrum helps promote awareness and acceptance of diverse sexual identities within the broader LGBTQ+ community.
