Arthur Balfour
Arthur Balfour was a British statesman who served as Prime Minister from 1902 to 1905. He was a member of the Conservative Party and played a significant role in British politics during the early 20th century. Balfour is also known for the Balfour Declaration of 1917, which expressed support for the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine.
