Aron Ralston
Aron Ralston is an American outdoorsman and motivational speaker, best known for his survival story in 2003. While hiking in Blue John Canyon in Utah, he became trapped when a boulder fell and pinned his right arm against the canyon wall. After being stuck for over five days, he made the difficult decision to amputate his arm to free himself.
Ralston's experience inspired his memoir, titled "Between a Rock and a Hard Place," which details his ordeal and the lessons he learned about resilience and survival. His story was later adapted into the film "127 Hours," directed by Danny Boyle.
