Arkansas Travelers
The Arkansas Travelers are a minor league baseball team based in Little Rock, Arkansas. They are a member of the Double-A Central league and serve as the affiliate for the Seattle Mariners. The team plays its home games at Dickey-Stephens Park, which opened in 2007 and has a seating capacity of around 7,000.
Founded in 1963, the Travelers have a rich history in professional baseball. They are named after the famous folk character Huckleberry Finn, who represents the spirit of adventure associated with the Arkansas River. The team has won multiple league championships and continues to be a beloved part of the local sports culture.
