Archduke Ludwig Viktor
Archduke Ludwig Viktor of Austria was born on July 15, 1842, and was a member of the Habsburg dynasty. He was the son of Archduke Franz Karl and Princess Sophie of Bavaria. Ludwig Viktor is known for his artistic interests and was an avid supporter of the arts, particularly in Vienna, where he lived.
He held the title of Archduke and was often referred to as "Luigi" in Italy. Ludwig Viktor was also known for his close relationship with his brother, Emperor Franz Joseph I, and his involvement in the cultural life of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. He passed away on May 18, 1919.
