Archduke Leopold Wilhelm
Archduke Leopold Wilhelm was an Austrian nobleman born on November 5, 1614, in Vienna. He was the son of Emperor Ferdinand II and a member of the House of Habsburg. Leopold Wilhelm served as the Governor of the Spanish Netherlands from 1647 to 1656, where he played a significant role in the region's military and political affairs.
