Arany János
Arany János was a prominent Hungarian poet, born on March 2, 1817, in the village of Nagyszalonta. He is best known for his contributions to Hungarian literature during the 19th century, particularly in the realm of poetry. His works often reflect themes of national identity, folklore, and the struggles of the Hungarian people.
Arany was also a key figure in the Hungarian literary movement known as the Hungarian Reform Era.
