Andy Roddick
Andy Roddick is a retired American professional tennis player, born on August 30, 1982, in Omaha, Nebraska. He turned pro in 1998 and quickly gained recognition for his powerful serve and aggressive playing style. Roddick achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 1 in November 2003 and is best known for winning the US Open in 2003.
Throughout his career, Roddick won a total of 32 ATP singles titles, including five Masters 1000 events. He was a key member of the United States Davis Cup team, helping them win the title in 2007. Roddick retired from professional tennis in 2012 and has since been involved in various charitable activities.
