Amesha Spenta
Amesha Spenta refers to a group of divine beings in Zoroastrianism, an ancient religion founded by the prophet Zoroaster. These entities embody various aspects of creation and represent the qualities of truth, righteousness, and order. Each Amesha Spenta oversees a specific element of the world, such as fire, water, and earth, promoting harmony and balance in the universe.
There are seven primary Amesha Spentas, each associated with a particular virtue. For example, Vohu Manah represents good mind and compassion, while Asha Vahishta symbolizes truth and righteousness. Together, they play a crucial role in guiding humanity towards a life of goodness and ethical conduct.
