American Basketball Teams
American basketball teams primarily compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA), which is the premier professional league in the United States. The league consists of 30 teams, divided into two conferences: the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference. Each team plays an 82-game regular season, followed by playoffs to determine the league champion.
In addition to the NBA, there are other leagues such as the WNBA for women's basketball and various college teams that compete in the NCAA tournaments. These teams represent schools and universities, showcasing young talent and contributing to the popularity of basketball across the country.
