Ambidextrous
The term "ambidextrous" refers to the ability of a person to use both hands with equal skill. While most people have a dominant hand, an ambidextrous individual can perform tasks such as writing, throwing, or playing instruments with either hand. This trait can be natural or developed through practice and training.
In addition to humans, some animals also exhibit ambidexterity. For example, certain species of primates and birds can use both limbs or wings effectively. Ambidexterity is often associated with enhanced cognitive flexibility and problem-solving skills, making it a fascinating area of study in both psychology and neuroscience.
