Amano Yukiteru is the main character in the anime and manga series Future Diary (or Mirai Nikki). He is a shy and introverted high school student who often spends his time writing in his diary. Yukiteru's life changes dramatically when he becomes involved in a deadly survival game where participants use their diaries to predict the future. In this game, Yukiteru is given a special diary that can foresee events related to himself. He must navigate complex relationships and dangerous situations while trying to survive against other players, including Yuno Gasai, a passionate and obsessive girl who has her own motives in the game.
