Amélie Mauresmo
Amélie Mauresmo is a retired French professional tennis player, born on July 5, 1979, in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France. She is known for her powerful playing style and exceptional skills on both hard and clay courts. Mauresmo won two Grand Slam singles titles: the Australian Open in 1999 and Wimbledon in 2006.
In addition to her Grand Slam victories, Mauresmo reached the world No. 1 ranking in women's singles in September 2004. After retiring from professional tennis in 2009, she transitioned to coaching and has worked with notable players, including Andy Murray.
