Alexey Ovchinin
Alexey Ovchinin is a Russian cosmonaut born on August 28, 1971. He graduated from the Kachinsk Air Force Pilot School and later served as a pilot and test pilot in the Russian Air Force. Ovchinin was selected as a cosmonaut in 2006 and has participated in multiple space missions.
Ovchinin flew to the International Space Station (ISS) on the Soyuz MS-10 mission in October 2018. During this mission, he experienced a launch abort but safely returned to Earth. He later flew on the Soyuz MS-11 mission in December 2018, contributing to scientific research aboard the ISS.
