Albany Devils
The Albany Devils were a professional ice hockey team based in Albany, New York. They were part of the American Hockey League (AHL) and served as the primary affiliate for the New Jersey Devils in the National Hockey League (NHL). The team played its home games at the Times Union Center from 2010 until 2017.
Founded in 2010, the Albany Devils aimed to develop young talent for the NHL. They had a competitive presence in the AHL, making several playoff appearances during their tenure. In 2017, the team relocated to Binghamton, New York, becoming the Binghamton Devils.
