Akizuki-class
The Akizuki-class is a series of destroyers used by the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force. Designed for anti-aircraft warfare, these ships are equipped with advanced radar and missile systems, making them effective in protecting naval fleets from aerial threats. The class is named after the first ship, JS Akizuki, which was commissioned in 2010.
Each destroyer in the Akizuki-class features a stealthy design and a multi-role capability, allowing them to engage in various missions, including anti-submarine warfare and surface combat. The class represents Japan's commitment to modernizing its naval forces and enhancing maritime security in the region.
