Airports Authority of India
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is a government organization responsible for creating, upgrading, and maintaining airports across India. Established in 1995, it manages over 100 airports, ensuring safe and efficient air travel for passengers and cargo. AAI also oversees air traffic management and provides various services to enhance airport operations.
In addition to airport management, the AAI plays a crucial role in developing aviation infrastructure and promoting regional connectivity. It works closely with other entities in the aviation sector, including the Ministry of Civil Aviation and various airlines, to improve air travel experiences and support economic growth in the country.
