Aesir
The Aesir are a group of deities in Norse mythology, primarily associated with war, governance, and order. They are one of the two main families of gods, the other being the Vanir, who are linked to fertility and prosperity. Key figures among the Aesir include Odin, the chief god, Thor, the god of thunder, and Frigg, Odin's wife.
The Aesir reside in Asgard, one of the nine realms in Norse cosmology. They are often depicted as powerful beings who interact with humans and other creatures, influencing various aspects of life and nature. Their stories are central to the Eddas, ancient texts that preserve much of Norse mythology.
