Aero-Engine
An aero-engine is a type of engine specifically designed to propel aircraft. It converts fuel into mechanical energy, generating thrust to lift and move the aircraft through the air. There are two main types of aero-engines: turbine engines, which are commonly used in commercial jets, and piston engines, often found in smaller aircraft.
Aero-engines operate on the principles of aerodynamics and thermodynamics. They draw in air, compress it, mix it with fuel, and ignite the mixture to produce high-speed exhaust gases. This process creates thrust, allowing the aircraft to take off, fly, and land efficiently.
