Admiral Michelle Howard
Admiral Michelle Howard is a retired United States Navy officer who made history as the first woman to become a four-star admiral in the Navy. She was born on April 26, 1960, and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1982. Throughout her career, she held various leadership positions, including commanding the USS Rushmore and serving as the first female commander of a major Navy operational fleet.
