Adebayo Adefarati was a Nigerian politician and a member of the Alliance for Democracy party. He served as the Governor of Ondo State from 1999 to 2003, following the return to democratic governance in Nigeria. Adefarati was known for his focus on education and infrastructure development during his tenure. Born on December 15, 1945, Adefarati had a background in education and worked as a teacher before entering politics.
