ARRL
The ARRL, or American Radio Relay League, is a national organization in the United States that represents amateur radio operators. Founded in 1914, it promotes the interests of amateur radio enthusiasts and provides resources for education, licensing, and emergency communication.
The ARRL also advocates for amateur radio at the federal level, working with the FCC to ensure that amateur radio operators have access to the frequencies they need. Additionally, it offers various programs, contests, and publications to help members stay informed and engaged in the hobby.
