AIPMT
The AIPMT, or All India Pre-Medical Test, was an entrance examination for students seeking admission to undergraduate medical programs in India. Conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), it aimed to assess the knowledge and skills of candidates in subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
In 2016, the AIPMT was replaced by the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), which serves a similar purpose but is now the sole entrance exam for medical colleges across India. NEET aims to streamline the admission process and ensure a uniform standard for aspiring medical students.
