ADDIE
The ADDIE model is a widely used instructional design framework that stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. It provides a systematic approach to creating effective educational programs and training materials. Each phase serves a specific purpose, ensuring that learning objectives are met and that the instructional content is relevant and engaging.
In the Analysis phase, designers identify the learning needs and goals. The Design phase involves outlining the course structure and content. During Development, the actual materials are created. Implementation focuses on delivering the training, while Evaluation assesses the effectiveness of the program, allowing for continuous improvement.
