A.C. Benson
A.C. Benson, or Arthur Christopher Benson, was an English author and poet born on April 24, 1862. He is best known for his literary works, including essays and biographies, as well as his role as the editor of the Cornhill Magazine. Benson was also a member of the prominent Benson family, which included his brother, the famous writer E.F. Benson.
In addition to his writing, A.C. Benson served as the Master of Magdalene College, Cambridge, where he influenced many students. His works often reflect his deep interest in spirituality and the human experience, making him a significant figure in early 20th-century literature. He passed away on June 17, 1925.
