A clarinet
A clarinet is a woodwind instrument made of a cylindrical tube, usually crafted from wood or plastic. It has a single-reed mouthpiece, which produces sound when the player blows air through it. The clarinet has a range of about three octaves and is known for its warm, rich tone.
Clarinets are commonly used in various music genres, including classical, jazz, and marching bands. They come in different sizes, with the most common being the B♭ clarinet. Other types include the A clarinet and the bass clarinet, each offering unique sounds and playing techniques.
