"A New Hope" is the first film in the original Star Wars trilogy, released in 1977. The story follows a young farm boy named Luke Skywalker who discovers a message from Princess Leia hidden in a droid named R2-D2. She seeks help to defeat the evil Galactic Empire and its powerful enforcer, Darth Vader.
