큐비트(qubit)
A 큐비트 (qubit) is the fundamental unit of quantum information, similar to a classical bit in traditional computing. Unlike a classical bit, which can be either 0 or 1, a 큐비트 can exist in a state of 0, 1, or both simultaneously due to a property called superposition. This allows quantum computers to process a vast amount of information more efficiently than classical computers.
In addition to superposition, 큐비트 also exhibits entanglement, a phenomenon where the state of one 큐비트 is directly related to the state of another, regardless of the distance between them. This unique behavior enables quantum computers to perform complex calculations at unprecedented speeds, making them a promising technology for various fields, including cryptography and material science.
