출애굽기
출애굽기, or the Book of Exodus, is the second book of the 구약 성경 (Old Testament) and tells the story of the Israelites' escape from slavery in 이집트 (Egypt). It describes how 모세 (Moses) was chosen by God to lead the people out of bondage and into freedom. The book includes the famous events of the ten plagues and the parting of the Red Sea.
The narrative also covers the giving of the 십계명 (Ten Commandments) at 시내산 (Mount Sinai), which establishes the laws and guidelines for the Israelites. 출애굽기 emphasizes themes of liberation, faith, and the covenant between God and His people.
