輪廻
輪廻 (rinne) is a concept in various Eastern philosophies, particularly in Buddhism and Hinduism, that refers to the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. It suggests that all living beings undergo a continuous process of reincarnation, where the soul or consciousness is reborn into a new body after death. This cycle is influenced by one's actions, known as karma, which can determine the circumstances of future lives.
The ultimate goal in these traditions is to break free from the輪廻 cycle and achieve nirvana or moksha, which represents liberation and spiritual enlightenment. By overcoming desires and attachments, individuals can transcend the cycle and attain a state of eternal peace.
