脛骨
脛骨, or the tibia, is one of the two long bones in the lower leg, the other being the fibula. It is the larger and stronger of the two, playing a crucial role in supporting the body's weight and facilitating movement. The tibia connects the knee to the ankle and is essential for walking, running, and jumping.
The tibia has several important features, including the tibial plateau at the top, which forms part of the knee joint with the 股骨 (femur). At the bottom, it connects with the 距骨 (talus) in the ankle. Injuries to the tibia, such as fractures, can significantly impact mobility and require medical attention.
