成吉思汗
成吉思汗 (Chengjisihan), known as Genghis Khan in English, was the founder and first Great Khan of the Mongol Empire. Born around 1162, he united the Mongolian tribes and established a vast empire that became the largest contiguous empire in history after his death in 1227. His leadership and military strategies were key to his success.
Under 成吉思汗's rule, the Mongol Empire expanded across Asia and into Europe, promoting trade and cultural exchange along the Silk Road. He is often remembered for his innovative tactics and the establishment of a meritocratic society, which allowed individuals to rise based on ability rather than noble birth.
