岳飞 (Yue Fei)
岳飞 (Yue Fei) was a prominent Chinese general during the Southern Song Dynasty, known for his military prowess and loyalty to the state. Born in 1103, he became famous for his campaigns against the Jurchen invaders, who had conquered northern China. Yue Fei is often celebrated as a national hero and symbol of patriotism in Chinese culture.
In addition to his military achievements, 岳飞 is also remembered for his poetry, which reflects his deep sense of duty and love for his country. His life ended tragically in 1142 when he was falsely accused of treason and executed.
