निर्वाण (Liberation)
निर्वाण (Liberation) is a key concept in several Indian religions, including Buddhism and Hinduism. It refers to the state of being free from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, known as samsara. Achieving निर्वाण signifies the end of suffering and the realization of ultimate truth or enlightenment.
In Buddhism, निर्वाण is attained through the practice of the Noble Eightfold Path, which includes ethical conduct, mental discipline, and wisdom. In Hinduism, it is often associated with the realization of one's true self, or Atman, and its unity with the ultimate reality, Brahman. Both paths emphasize the importance of spiritual growth and self-realization.
