ديواناغاري
ديواناغاري is a script used primarily for writing the Hindi language, as well as several other languages in the Indian subcontinent. It is an abugida, meaning each character represents a consonant with an inherent vowel sound that can be changed with diacritics. The script is known for its distinctive horizontal line running along the top of the letters.
Originating from the Brahmi script, ديواناغاري has evolved over centuries and is now widely used in literature, education, and official documents. Its phonetic nature makes it suitable for accurately representing the sounds of the languages it serves, contributing to its popularity and utility in communication.
