حمام ترکی
حمام ترکی, or Turkish bath, is a traditional bathing practice that originated in the Ottoman Empire. It combines elements of steam bathing, cleansing, and relaxation. Typically, the experience involves a series of rooms with varying temperatures, where visitors can enjoy steam, scrubbing, and massages.
The process usually starts in a warm room to open the pores, followed by a vigorous exfoliation with a special cloth called kese. Afterward, guests may receive a soothing massage and can relax in a cooler area. This ritual not only promotes physical cleanliness but also serves as a social gathering space.
