"Исламских" refers to anything related to ислам, a major world religion founded in the 7th century CE by the Prophet Мухаммед. These pillars consist of шахада (faith declaration), салат (prayer), закят (charity), саум (fasting during Ramadan), and хадж (pilgrimage to Mecca).
