Λουδοβίκο XII
Λουδοβίκος XII, known as the "Father of the People," was the King of France from 1498 to 1515. He was born on June 27, 1462, and was a member of the Valois dynasty. His reign is noted for significant territorial expansion, including the conquest of Milan and efforts to strengthen the French monarchy.
During his rule, Λουδοβίκος XII implemented various reforms aimed at improving the welfare of his subjects. He was also a patron of the arts and supported the Renaissance movement in France. His marriage to Anne of Brittany helped to unite the duchy of Brittany with the French crown.
