Ιησούς
Ιησούς, known as Jesus in English, is a central figure in Christianity. He is believed to have lived in the 1st century CE in the region of Judea. Christians regard him as the Son of God and the awaited Messiah, who preached love, compassion, and forgiveness.
His teachings and life events are documented in the New Testament, particularly in the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Jesus is also recognized in Islam as a prophet, known as Isa, and is respected for his role in conveying God's message to humanity.
