Éric Toledano
Éric Toledano is a French film director and screenwriter, best known for his collaborations with fellow filmmaker Olivier Nakache. Together, they gained international acclaim for their hit film Intouchables, which tells the story of an unlikely friendship between a quadriplegic man and his caregiver. Their work often explores themes of friendship, social issues, and human connection.
Toledano was born on April 3, 1971, in Paris, France. He studied at the ESRA film school and began his career in the late 1990s. In addition to Intouchables, he has directed other successful films, including Samba and The Upside, which is an American remake of Intouchables.
