{European Union
The European Union (EU) is a political and economic union of 27 European countries that are located primarily in Europe. It was established to promote integration and cooperation among its member states, allowing for the free movement of people, goods, services, and capital. The EU has its own institutions, including the European Parliament and the European Commission, which help to create and enforce laws.
The EU also has a common currency, the Euro, used by 19 of its member countries, known as the Eurozone. The union aims to foster economic growth, ensure stability, and promote peace among its members. It also addresses various issues, such as climate change, security, and human rights, through collaborative policies.
